Booking Terms & Policies

TRIGGERZ WORKSHOPS and CENEU 1:1 Clarity Coaching

Application & Acceptance

CENEU 1:1 Clarity Coaching is application-based. Acceptance is determined through a multi-step process to ensure alignment and mutual readiness. Upon approval, you'll select your commitment level and make your first payment to secure your spot.

Commitment Levels & Timeframes

🔹 Bronze: 12 sessions completed within 15 weeks
🔹 Silver: 24 sessions completed within 27 weeks
🔹 Gold: 36 sessions completed within 39 weeks
🔹 Platinum: 48 sessions completed within 52 weeks

Payment Options

🔹 Monthly installment plans available for all levels
🔹 Pay-in-full option: Save 3% when you pay upfront
🔹 Finance options available upon request

Scheduling

🔹 Sessions are ideally conducted in-person or via Zoom
🔹 You'll schedule sessions directly with Britney after acceptance
🔹 Scheduling is collaborative and designed around your commitment level timeframe

Cancellation Policy

🔹 24-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
🔹 Cancellations with less than 24-hour notice result in session forfeiture except in extreme circumstances

Pause & Transfer Options

🔹 Your program may be paused for up to 6 months if needed
🔹 Your program may be transferred or gifted to another individual to be completed within one year of transfer date

Refund Policy

🔹 No refunds. This is a commitment to transformation, not a trial.
🔹 Exceptions considered only in extreme circumstances at Britney's discretion

Payment & Scheduling

🔹 Workshops are available for immediate purchase
🔹 You'll receive scheduling details upon registration

Session Expiration

🔹 All workshop sessions must be completed within 365 days of purchase

Cancellation Policy

🔹 48-hour notice required for cancellations or rescheduling
🔹 Cancellations with less than 48-hour notice result in session forfeiture

Transfer Policy

🔹 Sessions may be transferred to another individual
🔹 Transferred sessions receive a 6-month extension from transfer date

Britney maintains a maximum of 7 active 1:1 clients at any time. When capacity is reached, a waitlist opens. This protects the depth of transformation available to those already in the work— and ensures you receive the full, undiluted version of someone who isn't stretched too thin.
