Each offers the same quality of partnership across different timelines:


  • Bronze: 12 sessions (60 min) over 15 weeks

Sessions are ideally in-person (virtual when geography requires). Between sessions: unlimited messaging with 3-hour response times during business hours.

Britney personally interviews every potential client to assess alignment and ensure this is the right fit for both of you. This level of transformation requires complete commitment and mutual readiness. Optimal results depend on it.


The Process:


Step 1: Submit Your Application
Complete the application form on the website.


Step 2: Schedule Your Interview
Once your application is submitted, use the scheduling link on the website to book your interview time. Britney conducts a maximum of 6 interviews per week, so availability is limited.


Step 3: Application Review
Britney will review your application before your scheduled interview to understand your goals, current challenges, and what you're hoping to transform.


Step 4: Interview
You'll have a conversation with Britney, either in-person or via Zoom, to discuss whether CENEU 1:1 is the right next step for your transformation. This is a two-way conversation. She's assessing fit, and so are you.


Step 5: Decision
If it's a fit, you'll receive next steps to secure your spot. If it's not the right time or fit, she'll tell you honestly and may recommend alternative resources.


Step 6: Onboarding
Once accepted, you'll complete onboarding paperwork, make your first payment, and schedule your sessions.

Commitment:

This isn't a casual program. It requires your full presence and dedication. Sessions are ideally in person because nervous system rewiring happens through co-regulation, and co-regulation is most powerful face-to-face.


Your Level of Commitment:

There are four options designed to meet you where you are in your journey. Each tier offers the same quality of work; the difference is the depth of time and integration of your commitment.


Bronze Level: 

12 sessions (60 minutes each), to be completed within 15 weeks. 

Investment: $3,295/month for 3 months OR pay in full and save 3%


Silver Level: 

24 sessions (60 minutes each), to be completed within 27 weeks. 

Investment: $2,500/month for 6 months OR pay in full and save 3%


Gold Level: 

36 sessions (60 minutes each), to be completed within 39 weeks. 

Investment: $2,250/month for 9 months OR pay in full and save 3%


Platinum Level (Optimal):

Refund and Cancellation Policies:   

This is a commitment to yourself and your transformation, and we honor that by maintaining a no-refund policy. We understand life happens. You may pause your program for up to 6 months if needed, or transfer your remaining sessions to another approved individual who has completed the interview process (sessions to be fulfilled within 1 year of the transfer). A 24-hour cancellation policy applies; missed sessions without notice are subject to forfeiture, except in extreme circumstances.

Frequently Asked Questions

FAQ's

Do I need to have completed TRIGGERZ® Volume 1 before applying?
No. While some clients come having already completed the first book in the series or attended the first workshop (6 sessions available in General Admission via Facebook Live, VIP via Zoom, or Platinum VIP in-person), it's not a prerequisite. We can integrate the TRIGGERZ® curriculum into your 1:1 sessions while simultaneously working on your specific patterns and triggers. You'll get both the foundational framework and personalized support tailored to your unique nervous system.


Why is in-person preferred?
Because nervous system rewiring happens through co-regulation, and co-regulation is most powerful face-to-face. Your mirror neurons need to experience regulation in real time. Your system needs to feel what steady looks like when you're activated. You can't fake it through a screen the same way.


What if I can't do in-person?
Britney evaluates each situation individually. If distance makes in-person impossible, she'll determine if virtual sessions can still provide the depth of co-regulation needed for transformation. But in-person is always preferred and prioritized.


I'm a TRIGGERZ® Instructor. How does business coaching integrate?
Business coaching is woven into your sessions: revenue strategy, marketing, client acquisition, financial planning, and positioning yourself as the expert in your market. You'll get both nervous system support and business strategy because teaching this work requires both embodying it and building something sustainable around it.


What happens if I miss a session?
24-hour cancellation policy. If you cancel with less than 24-hours notice, the session is forfeited except in extreme circumstances. This protects both your commitment and Britney's limited availability.


Can I get a refund if it's not working?
No refunds. This is a commitment to yourself and your transformation. The work requires showing up even when it's uncomfortable, especially when it's uncomfortable. The moment you want to quit is often the moment right before the breakthrough.


Why is there a limit on clients?
Because this work requires Britney's full presence and attention. She can't hold space for transformation at this depth for dozens of people simultaneously. The limit ensures you get the personalized, intensive support that actually creates change, not a diluted version of someone who's stretched too thin.
